Santa Monica Place. 395 Santa Monica Pl. Suite 196. Santa Monica, CA 90401. (Level 1, near Colorado Ave.)

Indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 60-90 minutes.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
Michael Murphy’s Perceptual: The Art Exhibition will operate in compliance with state and venue regulations and has implemented enhanced health and safety measures in an effort to limit transmission of COVID-19; however, all guests are reminded that COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or death, and by agreeing to these terms you assume all risks related to exposure. Do not enter the experience if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.
Is there air conditioning?
This experience will be climate controlled.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, the event is accessible for deaf people.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted without permission.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a self guided walkthrough experience/exhibition. There are minimal seating arrangements.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are restrooms right outside of the event space.
ACCESS
Do I need to wear a mask?
For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience but not required.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, you may be asked to briefly wait depending on capacity, though your ticket will be honored.
Can I bring animals?
ADA designated service animals are allowed, but pets, unfortunately, are not.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no age requirement.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is parking available at the shopping center.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Alcohol, outside food and beverage, firearms, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Can I leave and come back?
Aside from using restrooms, there is no re-entry. Please see staff with any questions.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Tickets can be purchased on site, subject to availability.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is there a Military discount?
Yes, we offer special prices for seniors, students, and military personnel. Valid ID will be required at entry.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please

What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for
Michael Murphy’s Perceptual: The Art Exhibition can only be
purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please select the size of your group from the ticketing page. If the size exceeds the maximum limit, please
contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
